"I'm so happy to finally have an option for people who e-mail me requesting posters. It's so nice to see how closely you work with the customers to make sure they get exactly what they want"

"To all concerned... The print "Wild Horses at Play", arrived safely this morning. I sincerely thank all of you for the considerations and professional cooperation. I must emphasize how very beautiful it turned out.....truly high quality and rich color. Your suggestion to have it printed on canvas was just perfect. I look forward to working with you in the future. I am saving all correspondence from you for future reference and referrals. You made this entire process, an enjoyable venture!!!!"

Thankfully, Mary E.

"We are so pleased with the arrival of "The Marriage of Washington" by Steams!! The frame and matting are just perfect. You do a "Class A+" job. Thank you for your excellent care and expertise!

Sincerely, Victoria and Paul R.

"I just wanted you to know that I couldn't be happier with my custom framed Charles Russell print from the Gilcrease Museum Request-A-Print site. Thank you for taking the time to help me select the perfect print for my dining room. I'm so glad I asked you to choose the mat and frame, your expertise and judgment made it exceptionally nice. Your service was prompt, the framing was done with precision and it was shipped with care. I'll order again and refer you to my friends."

"Old Friends arrived yesterday. Doug and I are delighted with the frame and your mat choice. We hung it immediately and it looks fabulous! I have already recommended Rudinec to some colleagues in my office. Thanks for your excellent customer service."

Emarie P.

"I recently ordered the print "Lincoln the Railsplitter" from you and had some problems with UPS delivery where twice the print was missing. I received the print over the weekend (finally) but wanted to thank you for your prompt attention to the problem both when I e-mailed and then called about the problem. Your quick response to my e-mail and the friendly person I spoke to on the phone were really appreciated. It's rare to find a company anymore that gives such satisfaction without a hassle."

Dorothy M.

"Mr. Rudinec, I just want to write and say thank you for the beautiful job you did on reproducing my watercolors for the "Navy Art Collection". I was very pleased to see many of my works reproduced, even enlarged and how wonderful they looked. I am always amazed at what a strange mix of colors I have to use to come up with haze gray and camouflage and am impressed when I see the results reproduced. I have added a link to your website on my own site since people often ask if prints are available."

Monica Allen Perin, CDR, SC, USNR

"Just wanted to send you a quick note letting you know I received the picture and it looks magnificient! Your team did a great job! Thank you!"
